Accelerate is BritCham’s flagship leadership development programme, designed for high-potential professionals with 5–12 years of experience who are ready to deepen their leadership capability.
The 2026 programme brings together a select cohort of 20 professionals for a structured journey combining facilitated workshops, leadership panel discussions, peer learning groups and one-to-one mentoring through BritCham Connect, a new initiative pairing each participant with an experienced professional from the Chamber community.

The programme runs from 13 August to 22 October 2026, with all sessions delivered in person.
Places are limited to 20 participants. Applications close 17 July 2026.
