At our last Founders Friday session we were joined by a wonderful group of founders at varying stages of their business journey.
We discussed the concept of scaling and the group shared their experiences of growing. A key take away from our shared discussion was that while it’s important to put in place a carefully considered business plan with clear goals (that are underpinned by a strong team), what is also key is maintaining flexibility. Have a plan, yes, but allow enough flexibility to capitalise on new opportunities.
